What is it about Deep Cove and North Vancouver east of Seymour that makes it so desirable?
Well after living here for 28 years let me tell you it starts with the amazing views and hikes on the Bayden Powell and it comes together in the coffee shops and Honey's Donuts patio where the community welcomes you in.
Deep Cove - East of Seymour is an active and eclectic neighbourhood surrounded by parks, trails, beaches ski hills and golf courses. Lit trails interlink the neighbourhoods together and forest trails offer some of the best mountain biking in the world. Any given summer day you can see sailboats and kayakers zipping around Deep Cove's waters. As well as people swimming at the child safe beaches.
English and French Immersion as well as Catholic elementary schools and a community high school offer a diverse schooling system in the Deep Cove Dollarton community while Windsor High School is larger and further west. (

The area is an outdoor playground, with an active, inviting community you wouldn't expect so close to the city.
I have lived in the Deep Cove - East of Seymour area since 1983. It's my home and I love it.
